Yingshanosaurus (meaning “Yingshan lizard”) is a genus of stegosaurid from the Late Jurassic of China. It was discovered in 1983 and then was briefly described in 1985 in a lecture that was later published in 1986 by Zhou Shiwu. Since it was not properly described, it was considered a nomen nudum until 1994, when it was fully described by Zhu Songlin. The type species is Y. jichuanensis and had wing-like shoulder spikes. The estimated length of Yingshanosaurus is 16 feet, or 5 meters.
